"I drove 250 miles to purchase a new 2008 Polaris Sportsman 300. After speaking to Raymond a few times on telephone, I purchased it sight unseen. Raymond was very attentive to my questions and answered them honestly. When I picked up the ATV, they put a new battery on it, their was a scratch on front and Raymond asked what he can do to rectify this problem. I needed the hitch receiver and he did not hesitate to get it for me. All personnel I dealt with were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Got Gear to anyone looking for an ATV."

"I purchased my 2009 Kawasaki Versys from Got Gear earlier this year. It is a great bike, my first true street bike. Ben knew I was looking for one and when it arrived he called me that day and I picked it up the next. Great price, and great follow up after the sale. I also purchased the Pit Stop service plan. I was skeptical at first because I have always done my own service. I must say, this is a lot easier and it has already paid for itself. This is the sixth motorcycle I have purchased at Got Gear. "I bought my first motorcycle yesterday and picked it up today (May 9). My experience with you all has been great. Andrew, the Sale Manager, took care of me himself and was very patience. As you can imagine, I had a ton of questions. Mitchell, another sales rep, went over the bike with me and helped ease my concerns about riding. I was allowed to ride around your parking lot - and I didn't see anyone laughing at me! Plus, the first day I have my motorcycle I had a flat. John, the Service Manager, came by personally and picked me up. The service was great. "Mike, in sales, was the greatest! I found my Virago on cycletrader.com, and then I called the dealership. He was very helpful. We live a few hours away, and thank goodness when we got there we didn't have to deal with any rude people like we have at our local dealerships. Everyone was friendly, and Mike did all he could to help us hurry up and get out of there, so we could make the trip home at a decent hour. He was great with my kids too! Nice guy all around. "I was referred to Got Gear by a friend for my first motorcycle purchase. Being my first motorcycle, and being a girl, I was a bit apprehensive about the service I would recieve. Once I got in the store and began to talk to the staff, my only worries became what color bike I would go home with. Andrew and all the other staff I came in contact with were great and never made me feel like I was somewhere I didn't belong. Despite the fact that I ran them all over the store, asked a thousnad questions, and even had them roll a bike outside to see it in the sunlight, everyone stayed eager to help. Financing and related paperwork was a breeze. Forrest was patient and very helpful when helping me choose a helmet and gloves.
