"WE HAVE NEVER BEEN INTO A DEALERSHIP LIKE GOT GEAR. AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN THE DOOR, MATTER OF FACT BEFORE WE GOT IN THE DOOR MITCH WAS THERE GREETING US ASKING WHAT WERE WE INTERESTED IN. HE TOOK STRAIGHT TO MY 7 YEAR OLD AND PUT THE BIGGEST SMILE ON HIS FACE. "I was referred to Got Gear by a friend for my first motorcycle purchase. Being my first motorcycle, and being a girl, I was a bit apprehensive about the service I would recieve. Once I got in the store and began to talk to the staff, my only worries became what color bike I would go home with. Andrew and all the other staff I came in contact with were great and never made me feel like I was somewhere I didn't belong. Despite the fact that I ran them all over the store, asked a thousnad questions, and even had them roll a bike outside to see it in the sunlight, everyone stayed eager to help. Financing and related paperwork was a breeze. Forrest was patient and very helpful when helping me choose a helmet and gloves. I absolutely love my new bike and I look forward to making my next purchase from the guys at Got Gear when the time comes. THANKS GUYS"

"Everyone at Got Gear that I have delt with has been very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I have had questions about. This has been very helpful being this is my first motorcycle purchase. Brock was the salesman that helped me choose the right bike for me and answered all my questions. Troy in parts has helped me with any questions about accessories and clothing that I have had. The service department was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had new tires put on my bike 2 weeks after I bought it. Everthing was handled very well. "Lee and Melanie were great, they made buying a bike an easy experience after I had agonized on my own with the decision for months. I should have contacted them much earlier and saved myself the stress, I know when I get ready for the next one I'll be sure to call them first. It's nice to have such friendly and helpful folks so close by! When shopping around other dealers were cold to me (I assume because I'm female they didn't take me seriously enough), I'll remember them next time too, just not favorably."
