After owning a ‘06 Polaris Hawkeye, I knew what I wanted. I bought the 400 H.O. in early January ‘08 and in 2 1/2 months put 600 plus miles in snow with a track conversion. The tracks eat up lots of power and strain the drive train, but not so here. No H/L trans & doesn’t need it. It took me through deep snow, up to the headlights without a problem. After 60 + hrs I don't have a complaint. If you ever try this quad you'll be impressed.
